Mango Sorbet Recipe:
2 mango flesh chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 tspn lime juice
1. Peel the skin of the mango and scoop out the flesh along. Chop the flesh into small pieces
2. In a blender, add the mango flesh, sugar and lime juice and blend it into fine paste, no need to add water as their would be enough water content in the mangoes.
3. Transfer the puree into a freezer safe air tight container and freeze for about 2-3 hours. Remove from freezer and break it down until smooth and freeze it again. Repeat this step 2-3 times to get a smooth sorbet texture.
4. Freeze overnight
5. Enjoy delicious melt in your mouth mango sorbet!
