Apple  streusel cake with oats crumb

Follow by Email

Streusel in baking refers to a crumbly topping or filling made from fat, flour, sugar, and often cinnamon.
My version of Streusel had less crumble incorporated in apple upside down cake. This version is lighter version of streusel cake, as I cut down butter and added oats to crumb to give a twist. :) This quick and easy fix cake  would be best for brunch.

layered apples and followed same recipe from subhashini

When I bake for Fondbites Bake Along, the recipes are given by Subhashini and I follow that most of the time as it is. Since I follow her recipes I provide link to her recipe, unless I have made some changes to the original recipe provided by her I do not write the recipe.
