Mocha Cake -

1. Pre- heat the oven to 170 deg centigrade.

2. Put all the ingredients under cake in one bowl.

3. Beat it on medium speed for 5 minutes until soft light brown cake batter is formed

4. Pour the cake batter into the cake mould(I used cake liners along with greased butter paper)that is greased.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6. Remove from oven once cooked and allow it to cool on wire rack for 10 mins.

Frosting-

1. Put all the ingredients except milk under frosting list and beat until you get a smooth soft spreadable consistency. Add milk 1 tspn at a time(if you add more milk frosting will become too runny)

2. Spread the frosting cream on top with a metal spatula or spoon.

Indulge into this sinful cake ;)
