Celebrations and sweets are tied together in India, especially during the festive season. Diwali is round the corner, and I love making special dish at home. This festive season brings a reason to cook a lot of goodies and indulge in them, and enjoy the joy of sharing goodies with friends and neighbors.

This Diwali try something new instead of the normal sweets and snacks. Try this soft cashew cookies. :)

For this week’s Bake Along challenge #45, Subhashini gave us this soft cashew cookies. The shape of the cookies makes it look soo cool.
