Here’s the mango salsa recipe-
Ripe mangoes – 2
Purple onions – 1
Tomatoes – 1
Pickled Jalapenos – 1
Salt to taste
Lime juice – from 1/2 lime
Coriander leaves – 4 tbspn(finely chopped)
1. Peel and chop ripe mango into small cubes/pieces. Chop onions, tomatoes, pickled jalapenos, coriander leaves into small pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. If you prefer you can mash the ingredients with the back of the spoon to make it a bit liquidy or flowing consistency. I did not mash the ingredients.
3. Serve them over tocas, quesadillas, or as side for nachos, grilled fish, chicken.
